How to turn ON talk back option in ASUS ZENFONE MAX @ andriod mobile

Following below steps:

1.open menu shown below.
                                               

2.open settings.

3.go to accessibility.

4.Talk back click shown below.

5.click on the OFF button.

6.then ON and  START talk back process.
